Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Talkloom. If it does not work on your Mac or is not what you expected, email support within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. Please include your order number.

What helps us help you

If the app is not working, a short description of what happened, your macOS version and Mac model lets us fix problems for everyone. It is not a condition of the refund.

After 14 days

Refund requests after 14 days are handled case by case. We will always refund if a defect makes the software unusable and we cannot fix it.

Processing

Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. Your license is deactivated when the refund is issued.
