We want you to be happy with Talkloom. If it does not work on your Mac or is not what you expected, email support@talkloom.app within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. Please include your order number.
What helps us help you
If the app is not working, a short description of what happened, your macOS version and Mac model lets us fix problems for everyone. It is not a condition of the refund.
After 14 days
Refund requests after 14 days are handled case by case. We will always refund if a defect makes the software unusable and we cannot fix it.
Processing
Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. Your license is deactivated when the refund is issued.
