End User License Agreement

This agreement is between you and Feelians for the Talkloom software. By installing or using the software you accept it.

Grant

Feelians grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of the software on one computer per purchased license.

Restrictions

• Do not redistribute, sell, rent or sublicense the software or your license key.
• Do not remove or circumvent license checks.
• Do not reverse engineer the software except where the law expressly permits it.

Third-party components

The software includes open-source components, including whisper.cpp and OpenAI Whisper models, used under their respective licenses. Their notices are included with the application.

Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using the software and delete it.
