Talkloom is a desktop application made by Feelians. It is designed so that we learn as little about you as possible.

Audio and transcripts

Recording, speech recognition and text insertion happen entirely on your computer. Audio and transcripts are never sent to us or to any third party. Temporary audio is deleted as soon as a transcription finishes.

What does leave your computer

Model downloads. Speech models are fetched from our download server (or Hugging Face) when you choose to install them. Standard server logs (IP address, time, file) may be kept for up to 30 days.
License activation. When you activate a license, the app sends your license key and a device name to Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, to confirm the purchase. No audio, transcripts or vocabulary are included.
Update checks. The app periodically requests a small metadata file to see whether a newer version exists. This request contains no personal data beyond your IP address.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC. They collect the billing details needed to complete the transaction under their own privacy policy. We receive your email address and order details to deliver the license and provide support.

This website uses privacy-preserving, cookie-free analytics that do not identify individual visitors.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete the order information we hold at any time by emailing support. We will respond within 30 days.
