Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Talkloom website and your purchase of a Talkloom license from Feelians. Use of the application itself is governed by the End User License Agreement.

Purchases

Licenses are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which handles payment, invoicing and applicable taxes. Prices are shown before checkout and may change; changes do not affect completed purchases.

License scope

Each license activates Talkloom on one computer. You may move it to another computer by deactivating it in the app or by contacting support. Updates are included for twelve months after purchase; the version installed at the end of that period continues to work indefinitely.

No warranty on accuracy

Speech recognition is probabilistic. Talkloom is provided as is and we do not guarantee that transcriptions are accurate or complete. Review anything important before you rely on it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Feelians's total liability for any claim relating to the website or a license is limited to the amount you paid for that license.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.
